Why it matters

Your acceptance rate is directly your advertising and analytics revenue.

When a visitor rejects a marketing cookie, your retargeting audience shrinks; when they reject an analytics cookie, conversion attribution remains incomplete. Consent Analytics makes this loss visible, at which stage, on which device, with which banner decision.

Managing without measuring

The assumption "the banner is there, so it must be working."

  • The rejecting traffic segment stays invisible
  • A drop in consent rate on mobile goes unnoticed
  • The impact of a banner change cannot be documented
  • No evidence can be produced upon an audit request

You cannot improve a loss you cannot see.

Data-driven optimization

Every consent decision is a data point.

  • Consent rate by category, which permission is being lost
  • Device breakdown, prioritize mobile UX with data
  • Trend chart, track the impact of banner A/B tests
  • Timestamped log, evidence for the KVKK burden of proof

Raising the acceptance rate by a few points means recovered advertising and attribution value.

What we measure

Every consent decision is a data point.

Track consent behavior end to end with 6 core metrics. Catch anomalies early and improve the banner.

Total Visitors

Monthly unique pageview count. Shown against your plan limit with a progress bar.

Consent Rate

"Accept all" rate (%). Measures the banner design's impact on conversion.

Decline Rate

"Reject all" rate (%). If high, review your banner message or UX flow.

Partial Consent

Those who accept only necessary cookies. Indicates the user is making an informed choice.

Device Distribution

Desktop / Mobile / Tablet breakdown. Critical for optimizing mobile banner UX.

Consent by Category

Use case

Consent Analytics with real scenarios.

Banner Position A/B Test

Bottom bar or modal? Test each for 2 weeks and measure the conversion difference with Consent Analytics. Because the data shows it, pick the winner clearly.

Example: Bottom %64 → Modal %78 → %14 point increase.

Approaching Plan Limit Alert

When your monthly pageview usage exceeds %80, you get a dashboard banner + automatic email. At %100 the SDK keeps serving and only gives a soft warning, your page never stops.

Example: "%85 of the monthly limit has been used, would you like to switch to the Pro plan?"

Monthly Report to Stakeholders

Prepare a management presentation with a PDF export at the start of each month. XLSX for the compliance team, a signed report for legal, in one click.

Example: May 2026 Consent Report, 12.4K consents, %68 consent rate.

Transparency note

The existing Reports module vs Consent Analytics.

Let's be candid: Consent Analytics is the existing Reports module in the admin panel, positioned as a separate product for marketing purposes. Same dashboard, same data.

EXISTING Admin → Reports Module

  • 4 summary cards (visitors, consent rate, decline, partial)
  • 4 Chart.js charts
  • Date filters (today → 90d)
  • XLSX + PDF + CSV export
  • Plan-gated features (free disabled)

MARKETING "Consent Analytics" Product

  • Same module, separate name
  • Same dashboard, same data
  • Same exports, same filters
  • Roadmap: custom widget + scheduled reports
  • The decision is entirely yours, we are transparent

Why do we present it separately? Some competitors market "Consent Analytics" as if it were a separate product. We created a separate page to make the same module more discoverable, but we are hiding nothing from you. All metrics are included in all plans.

Frequently asked questions

Is Consent Analytics a separately paid product?
Short answer: No. Consent Analytics is included in all plans; it is not a separately sold module. You can access basic reports on the Free plan too; paid plans only unlock longer data retention (365 days → 5 years) and advanced export formats (XLSX, PDF).
How does it differ from the Reports module in the admin panel?
Short answer: It is the same module. "Consent Analytics" is the existing Reports module positioned as a separate product for marketing purposes. Same dashboard, same data, same exports, just a clearer name.
Is the collected data GDPR and KVKK compliant?
Short answer: Yes. Only anonymous aggregate data is used in trend analysis. Consent log records containing personal data (IP, User Agent, session ID) are kept solely for the KVKK Article 12/3 and GDPR Article 7(1) burden of proof; they are deleted automatically at the end of the plan retention period. Data is processed within Türkiye's borders.
Can I pull the data via API?
Short answer: Yes. Heartbeat data is collected in real time from the /api/v1/heartbeat endpoint. From the admin panel you can pull summary data (consent rate, device distribution, category preferences) as JSON via the GET endpoints.
Is the data reflected in real time?
Short answer: Heartbeat is processed with a 5-minute delay; daily aggregate statistics are calculated every night at 02:00. So the live consent counts in the dashboard are about 5 minutes behind, while the daily summary cards are current up to the previous day.
When are scheduled reports coming?
Short answer: Targeted for Q4 2026. On the Business and Enterprise plans, automatic email delivery of weekly/monthly PDF reports to stakeholders is planned. For now, XLSX/PDF/CSV exports can be downloaded manually.
