1. What Is a Cookie?

We use cookies in the following four categories on the cerez.io site. Your explicit consent is obtained for those other than strictly necessary cookies; you can change your preferences at any time using the cookie icon in the bottom right corner.

STRICTLY NECESSARY Strictly Necessary Cookies

Required for the basic functions of the site, cannot be disabled. Does not require consent (KVKK Article 5/2-c legal obligation + GDPR Art. 6/1-b performance of the contract).

ANALYTICS Analytics Cookies

Collects anonymous data such as the number of visitors, which pages are visited and for how long, and how the site is navigated. Used to improve our product. Consent is required.

MARKETING Marketing Cookies

Used to show you more relevant ads, measure the effectiveness of our campaigns, and for social media integrations. Consent is required.

FUNCTIONAL Functional Cookies

Used to support advanced site features: live chat, video player preferences, font enlargement. Consent is required.

4. How Do You Manage Your Cookie Preferences?

When you first visit our site, a cookie consent banner appears at the bottom of your screen. Through this banner:

• Accept All, allows all cookies.
• Reject All, only strictly necessary cookies operate.
• Edit Preferences, you make a separate selection on a category basis (analytics, marketing, functional).

When you want to change your initial selection, click the cookie icon in the bottom right corner of the page. Our preference panel reopens; you can turn the category you want on or off, or delete all of your consents.

Pursuant to KVKK Article 5/1 and GDPR Article 7, your preferences are stored in your browser for 365 days. When the period expires, the banner is displayed again.

6. Changes to Our Cookie Policy

This cookie policy may be updated due to legal regulations or changes in the services we use. When significant changes occur:

• We update the "Last update" and "Effective date" information at the top of the page.
• For material changes (new cookie category, new third party, etc.) we obtain renewed consent from you.
• We send an e-mail notification to users who have an account.
