For Enterprise customers, the uptime target, response time, escalation matrix, breach credit terms and reporting cadence are negotiated mutually and defined in the contract. Commitments are made at the level required by your industry and operational needs.
We transparently share the current status on data retention, access control and audit trail for enterprise customers.
Consent logs stay within the country, raw IP is not stored.
All data processing is designed to be consistent with the principles of KVKK 6698 and Article 5 of GDPR.
