FAQ
Payment and plan questions
Do prices include VAT?
No. All TRY, USD and EUR prices are shown excluding VAT; 20% VAT is added at payment. Payment is taken in Turkish lira (TRY). Paying yearly gives you about 2 months free compared to the monthly price.
What happens if I exceed my view limit?
Your service is not interrupted: the banner, the widget and consent records keep working. Pageviews are counted in a separate pool per product (cookie consent and accessibility) across all sites in your account. The period is your subscriptions' shared billing cycle, or the calendar month if they start on different days. You get an email and a panel notification at 80% of the pool and when it is exceeded. If the pool is exceeded in two consecutive periods, adding new sites and downloading reports is locked until you upgrade or a period ends without overage. On the Enterprise plan that product's pool is unlimited. No automatic upgrade happens; the decision is yours.
Can I cancel anytime?

Can I buy the two products separately?
Yes. Cookies and accessibility are independent subscriptions; you can take just one or both together as a bundle (with 20% off). There is a single embed code; the server loads the right components based on which products you subscribe to.
How does changing plans work?
On an upgrade, the difference takes effect immediately and is billed pro rata. On a downgrade, the new plan becomes active at the end of the current period; your data and settings are preserved. You can switch from a cookie subscription to a bundle with a single click in the panel.
Is IAB TCF really included in every paid tier?
No. Google Consent Mode v2 is supported. The IAB TCF framework is in development (alpha): cerez.io is not a registered or certified IAB Europe CMP and is not yet suitable for ad networks that require TCF. No timeline has been set for IAB registration.
