Enrollment form, parent portal, and accessibility in one package.
Circular 2025/10 covers all private schools, colleges and nurseries. Online enrollment wizards, parent portals, minor student data and event galleries require both WCAG 2.2 A and KVKK Article 6 compliance. cerez.io meets both obligations with a single line of code.
At private schools, the legal burden doubles.
Unlike a standard commercial site, private schools carry both a personal data (KVKK) and an accessibility (Circular 2025/10) obligation at the same time. The rights of the parent and the student overlap.
Minor student data and enrollment portal consent.
Online enrollment forms, dates of birth, health declarations and parent contact details can trigger the special category data covered by KVKK Article 6. A separate, explicit consent text is mandatory for analytics and marketing cookies. Third-party scripts (social media pixels, ad networks) must not run before consent is obtained.
- The cookie banner and explicit consent text appear before the enrollment form opens
- Analytics scripts are blocked without consent; a time-stamped consent log is kept
- Google Consent Mode v2 signals are updated correctly during the enrollment process
A parent with a disability must be able to enroll, and a student with a disability must be able to access the class schedule.
Multi-step enrollment wizards, parent portal tables, event galleries and PDF class schedules are subject to WCAG 2.2 A criteria. A visually impaired parent must be able to fill out the form with a screen reader; a student with dyslexia must be able to access the class schedule. Circular 2025/10 puts this right under legal protection.
- The enrollment form is scanned for labels, error messages and keyboard support; a violation report is generated
- Shadow DOM widget: elderly parent profile, dyslexia profile, stop animations, 10 languages
- The EAA statement generator creates your accessibility page in MEB format
Tools that promise "instant compliance" are not enough for a school.
Overlay tools do not resolve most violations and do not touch the KVKK explicit consent obligation at all. Private schools carry two separate legal obligations; both need to be measured.
Overlay + separate cookie tool
Two invoices, two systems, half the protection.
- Does not fix enrollment form WCAG violations, hides them
- Cookie consent and KVKK explicit consent remain separate
- Protection of minors' data (KVKK Article 6) out of scope
- Produces no auditable report or statement
- Data abroad, risky for MEB audits
"We added a script, we are compliant" is not that simple in practice.
cerez.io
Cookies + accessibility + KVKK, one embed.
- Genuinely scans enrollment form + parent portal violations
- Explicit consent + cookie banner from one panel, time-stamped log
- Script blocking: analytics does not run without consent
- You document compliance with an EAA statement + 0-100 WCAG score
- Data stays in Türkiye, compliant with KVKK data residency
We say it plainly: full compliance requires source code fixes. We shorten the path and document the evidence.
One line for your school site, two protections.
A single embed code loads both cookie management and the accessibility widget. The server activates the right components based on which product you subscribe to.
Explicit consent in the enrollment portal, analytics scripts blocked before consent.
Your site is scanned with 217 cookie definitions. Scripts like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and HotJar do not activate until the student or parent gives consent. The time-stamped consent log meets the KVKK burden of proof. TCF 2.3 certified CMP and Google Consent Mode v2 included.
- BFS scan + 217 cookie definitions + script blocking
- IAB TCF 2.3 + Google Consent Mode v2 integration
- Consent duration, language selection TR/EN/DE, branding removal
Ready-made profiles for elderly parents, students with dyslexia and visually impaired family members.
The Shadow DOM widget adapts the site to the visitor's needs with 41 settings. A real WCAG 2.2 scanner runs in the background: enrollment form label issues, table headers, focus visibility and missing video captions are reported in order of priority.
- 40+ features: senior profile, dyslexia profile, seizure safe, visually impaired
- 10 language support; automatic language detection for Erasmus and international parents
- The EAA statement generator prepares your accessibility page in MEB format
The WCAG blind spots of school websites.
The four problem categories our automatic scanner detects most often on private school sites:
Automatic scanning catches a significant portion of violations; full WCAG compliance requires source code fixes and manual review. "Auto-fix" offers a runtime solution at the SDK level only for certain violations.
