Create a in 5 Minutes
Build the personal data processing inventory (ROPA) you need for KVKK Article 16 and VERBİS registration in minutes. Choose your details and measures; the inventory table is ready. The template is a starting point, do not skip legal review.
How does it work?
1. Enter processing activities
For each activity choose the purpose, data categories, recipient groups and retention periods; the record rows are built from these.
2. Generate and download the records
Your records of processing are generated instantly as an editable table you can use internally and as the basis of your VERBIS declaration.
3. Keep it current
Update the records whenever you add a tool or data flow; your notices and retention policy must stay consistent with them.
Why do you need records of processing?
Records of processing document every processing activity of the controller with purposes, data categories, recipient groups, maximum retention periods, cross-border transfers and security measures. For controllers subject to VERBIS registration they form the basis of the declaration, and they are among the first documents the Authority requests in a review.
A correct record set is not only a registration duty: it underpins your privacy notices, retention and destruction policy and your answers to data subject requests. Without records, compliance remains an undocumented claim.

Frequently asked questions
Who must register with VERBIS?
Controllers exceeding the annual employee or balance-sheet thresholds set by the Authority, and organisations whose core activity is processing special categories of data, must register. Thresholds and exemptions change by Board decision, so confirm the current announcements on the KVKK website.
Are the records and the VERBIS declaration the same?
No. The records are the detailed internal register; the VERBIS declaration is the public summary based on them. The declaration derives from the records; inconsistencies cause audit problems.
How often should I update the records?
Immediately whenever you add a processing activity, tool or data flow, plus a planned review at least once a year. Changes must also be reflected in your VERBIS declaration.
What format is the output?
As an editable table you can copy into your corporate template. The tool is free and requires no signup.
